Governor Ahmed Aliyu Attends Progressives Governors’ Forum Meeting in Birnin Kebbi

Governor Ahmed Aliyu was among the 24 APC Governors who attended the Progressives Governors’ Forum meeting held in Birnin Kebbi, the Kebbi State capital.

The meeting, which took place on Thursday night, was attended by 24 APC Governors from across the country.

Chairman of the Progressives Governors’ Forum and Governor of Imo State, Senator Hope Uzodimma, who read the communiqué to newsmen, expressed the forum’s satisfaction with the progress being recorded under President Bola Tinubu’s Renewed Hope Agenda, particularly in the areas of the economy and security.

The communiqué also commended President Bola Ahmed Tinubu for the tremendous efforts of the Federal Government on food security and assured the forum’s unflinching support for the Renewed Hope Agenda.

The forum, therefore, called on Nigerians to rally around President Tinubu’s Renewed Hope Agenda in the interest of the nation.

It further reaffirmed its unwavering support for the leadership of the All Progressives Congress (APC) and its readiness to continue contributing to the progress of the party, as well as to the consolidation of internal democracy.

The communiqué also restated the commitment of the Progressive Governors to fostering inter-state collaboration and driving innovation among member states.
