Late Sarkin Katsinan Gusau Foundation holds Bots, CWC meetings

The Sarkin Katsinan Gusau Late Ibrahim Bello (SAKIB) Foundation held Board of Trustees (BoTs), Management, and Central Working Committee (CWC) meetingns.

is the Founder and Grand Patron of his Late Father's Foundation.
In a statement issued in Gusau by the Secretary of the Foundation, Alhaji Hassan Abdul Gusau said the meetings have participants from various stakeholders with the aim of finalizing the Strategic Planning documents on the four pillars of Education, Health, Investment and Humanitarian Services for the benefit of the vulnerable population in the Gusau Emirate, Zamfara and Nigeria at large.
In attendance were members of the BoT Alhaji Malami Sarkin Pawa Gusau, Arc. Abubakar Abdu Gusau, Alhaji Muhammadu Janjunan Anka, Alhaji Bashir Muhammad Nalado, Alhaji Bello Balarabe Gusau among others.

The Legacy Foundation was established after his late father's to uphold and extend the legacies of the late emir in the areas of health, education, and humanitarian support.
“The mission of this foundation also to provide humanitarian support through healthcare interventions, educational empowerment, and comprehensive care for orphans and vulnerable groups, while fostering partnerships that create lasting community impact.
The Foundation was ever ready to collaborate with stakeholders to work together through meaningful contributions in education, healthcare, humanitarian aid, and community development, for the benefit of both current and future generations.
The foundation shall be a nonprofit, nonpartisan, and nonsectarian organization, committed solely to advancing charitable objectives in accordance with the vision and values of the late emir.
“To fulfill its objectives, the foundation will collaborate with government bodies, development partners, corporations and NGOs,” the emir said.
The objectives of the foundation include promoting education by providing scholarships, learning materials, mentorship, and skills development for indigent students.
The foundation would advance healthcare initiatives, including medical outreaches, assistance to vulnerable people, and conduct routine awareness programmes.
“This foundation supports community development and poverty alleviation through empowerment, training, and social welfare programmes.
“It will also advance charitable and humanitarian services to widows, orphans, internally displaced persons, and others.
