Pilgrims welfare agency Sokoto To Strengthen Collaboration With NAHCON

The Permanent Secretary of the Sokoto State Pilgrims Welfare Agency, Ibrahim Umar JJ, has reaffirmed the Agency’s commitment to strengthening collaboration with the Zonal Office of the National Hajj Commission of Nigeria.

The Permanent Secretary gave this assurance when he received the Acting Zonal Coordinator of NAHCON, Hafsat Naibi, during a courtesy visit to his office.

He noted that the Agency has continued to enjoy a cordial working relationship with the Commission’s Zonal Office over the years, adding that the existing synergy will not only be sustained but further enhanced for more effective Hajj operations.

Alhaji Ibrahim Umar JJ emphasized that strong collaboration between the Agency and NAHCON remains key to ensuring seamless planning and successful conduct of Hajj activities for pilgrims from Sokoto State.

In her remarks, the Acting Zonal Coordinator, Hajiya Hafsat Naibi, expressed appreciation to the Permanent Secretary for the warm reception accorded to her and her team.

She assured the Agency of the Commission’s continued support and cooperation at all times to achieve shared objectives.
