Pilgrims from Sokoto State joined millions of others under the guidance of state officials and Islamic scholars.
Officials said the group moved in an orderly manner, with medical teams and guides positioned along the route.

“The rites are going smoothly for our pilgrims,” a Sokoto official at Mina said. “We’re focused on keeping them safe, hydrated, and on schedule as they complete the stoning.”
Saudi security and civil defense units remained stationed across the holy sites, monitoring movement and providing assistance where needed.

The stoning ritual continues through the days of Tashreeq, with pilgrims expected to return to Mina for the final rounds before concluding Hajj.
