 Sokoto Gov Donates Relief to Families of 4 Killed by Terrorists in Shagari.

  
 Sokoto State Governor, Dr. Ahmad Aliyu Sokoto, FCNA, has sent a condolence delegation to Shagari Local Government Area to commiserate with families of four persons killed by terrorists and present food items and cash support.  
  
The Governor was represented by the Commissioner for Local Government and Chieftaincy Affairs, Alhaji Ibrahim Dadi Adare Dallatun Gobir, who led the delegation to Shagari. He conveyed Governor Ahmad Aliyu’s message of condolence and presented the relief materials to relatives of the deceased.  
Governor Ahmad Aliyu expressed deep sorrow over the death of the four victims killed during the terrorist attack on some communities in Shagari LGA.  

Speaking on behalf of the people of Shagari, the Chairman of the Local Government, Barr. Mai Dawa Shagari, thanked Governor Ahmad Aliyu for the condolence visit and the assistance provided. He said the gesture shows the concern of the state government for its citizens, especially in times of distress.  

The Sokoto State Government reaffirmed its commitment to taking necessary steps to improve security and support victims of terrorist attacks across the state.
