Nimrod Charges Kada BSC to Win Beach Soccer Super 4

The President of the Nigeria Volleyball Federation (NVBF), Engineer Musa Nimrod, has charged Kada Beach Soccer Club (Kada BSC) to go all out for victory as the Nigeria Beach Soccer League Super 4 Finals got underway at the Murtala Mohammed Square in Kaduna

Nimrod, who spoke at the commencement of the Super 4 competition, urged the Kaduna-based side to maintain a high level of performance and fight for the trophy in front of their home supporters.

Kada BSC began their campaign on a winning note, defeating Ibom Beach Soccer Club 4-2 in their opening match on Day One of the competition

Earlier, Kebbi Fishers Beach Soccer Club recorded a convincing 5-2 victory over Niger Beach Soccer Club.

While congratulating the participating teams for their efforts, Nimrod challenged the players to use the Super 4 Finals as an opportunity to prove their quality and attract the attention of national team selectors

He urged the Kada BSC players, in particular, to give their best, noting that strong individual performances could earn them invitations to the national team.

Nimrod added that success in domestic competitions should not be the ultimate ambition of Nigerian beach soccer players, urging them to aspire to represent the country at international competitions.

He said winning trophies at home was important, but players and clubs must also demonstrate that they could replicate such performances when representing Nigeria on the international stage

Nimrod warned against a situation where Nigerian teams dominate domestic competitions but struggle against international opponents
 He further recalled Nigeria's recent experience against Mauritania, saying the country must avoid a repeat of the disappointment of winning away and subsequently losing at home.

He called for greater consistency and urged the players to raise their game ahead of future international assignments

“I want to see the Nigeria team in Senegal,” Nimrod said, charging the players to give their best and make themselves available not only for national team selection but also for international selection". Nimrod said
